Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi was born on 22nd December, 1853 (Agrahaayana Krishna Saptami according to lunar calendar)* in the village of Jayarambati to her parents Shyamasundari Devi and Ramachandra Mukhopadhyaya It was on the Christmas Eve 1886 that the seed of the Ramakrishna Order of monks was sown by Swami Vivekananda and his brother disciples.

Saturday, December 24 — 6:00 PM — Puja  Bhajans Christmas Carols Readings about and from Holy Mother, the Bible (Sermon on the Mount) and Swami Vivekananda (Followed by dinner at 8:30 PM)   *Janmatithi (birthday according to lunar calendar) of Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi is on Tuesday, December 20.
